"Mr. Franklin responded quickly and came out the same day to look at the job and give us a price. He and his helper came out the next day to do the work; they rushed through the job and missed some of the things we wanted done. Mr. Franklin left the job site for several hours and his helper kept shoveling rock into the front landscaping; my husband had to stop him and show him that rock needed to be put into the back landscaping. Since so much rock was put in the front, there wasn't enough rock left to do the back properly. By the time Mr. Franklin returned, it was getting dark and they rushed to finish the job and it wasn't finished properly."

"Anthony did a good job, was very responsive to all my requests. He had to send his crew back two times because they did not check with us before leaving and there were some things left unfinished, but he sent them back and made a big effort to make sure we were happy at the end. My only small complaint is that we had to make sure the crew didn’t take shortcuts, they kept trying to get away with the minimum work and we had to keep pointing things that seemed very obvious, however, once we asked for them, they addressed them. Over all, it was a great experience and we will be going back to Anthony if we ever need help with any tree or landscaping."

He was very patient, after finishing a complete work up for the landscaping twice, I still could not decide on plants. The gentleman suggested that I follow him to the nursery, once there I was able to see the plants and make some changes to the plant selection. The work was done in a very professional manner. The gentleman (I cannot remember his name) answered questions about our existing plants and trees and looked at our riding lawn mower which wasn't working and told us how to fix it. It is working great! His whole crew went above and beyond. They even added rock to a drainage grate that would stay in place and helped fix a hole in the yard that they noticed.
