While the eventual bids were fairly close in cost, I found that when Mr. Reese really walked me around the house explaining what was needed to prep the house for painting. He walked me through the different prep needed for the eves, the shutters, window trimmings as well as the door jams and the doors and of course the lower and upper sides of the house.
