"I enjoyed working with this company. I was a little jarred when I called to make an apt as I thought I reached a call center, but they took care of me and scheduled me quickly. Day of apt there was a 2hr arrival window, which always has me weary, but Robbie, my tech made it in time & was highly communicative about ETA & arrival. Totally set me at ease & helped me stay on schedule for my day. Once here Robbie took the time to educate me on my fireplace & maintenance schedule which was helpful as a 1st time homeowner. The quote was higher than I anticipated, being advised $150 as a minimum, but my quote being $425. I guess expected as I’ve not used it for two years and the previous owner burned wood logs so it needed a deeper clean. When I expressed my fiscal hesitation, the company was able to work with me to find financing that gets them paid & supports my budget.
