"UPDATE: While the contractor did an ok job with what we had originally worked out, now that the winter has come and gone, I've found more problems with the service. Before the cold temperatures set in, I tried to winterize my sprinkler system. The problem is that the owner's manual is poorly written with no guidance on winterization, and for this particular pump model, the company did not have any resources online to help with the situation either (to be expected if the owner's manual is lacking.) I was able to shut off the water to the sprinklers, and believed I had drained the pump. I tried getting ahold of the contractor to confirm if I had properly winterized the system, but all attempts at contact were unresponsive. In the end, my pump ended up cracking, and now I have to replace the pump. I will not be using this provider again."

"Mike and his men did an amazing job on a very difficult outdoor project that NO ONE was brave enough to take on and they did an outstanding job! After buying an old home, we were left with an old inground hot tub that had been filled with dirt and still attached to the pool. The hot tub edge protruded above the ground and we needed it to be leveled, pavers installed and new coping placed around the pool in order to make it look like the hot tub was never there. What we thought was going to be pretty easy was not easy at all, in fact, no one would take this on, we talked with 3 other companies who either didn't call back or were priced so high, they knew we wouldn't accept. Then came Mike...a very professional, confident man who not only knew how to fix it, he came up with even more ways to make it look like the hot tub was never there. We had an estimate within a day or so and it was a very fair price for the amount of work and materials needed. The day prior to them showing up, we met with Mike and the Foreman who discussed in detail what needed to be done. We even added installing a 20' drain pipe (5" wide) under ground and under the pavers to help the water flow properly off the pool area and away from the house. What we thought would be a virtually impossible task, was just another day on the job for these fine men. They literally showed up on a Saturday at 7:45, ready to work by 8am. They worked nicely as a team and they never stopped...these guys were amazing...they had to carry up massive pieces of concrete by hand up a 100' sloped and terraced yard. It was impressive to watch how in literally 1 day the entire drainage problem and hot tub eye sore virtually disappeared in front of our very eyes. I don't always get time to write reviews, but I had to write this one because this was a very professional company who were forthright in all communications (good news and bad) and they did an incredible job at a very fair price. We will definitely use them for other projects...Mike says working with clients is almost like a marriage...both sides have to agree, compromise and be happy during the process...he is right and that was exactly what we got. Thanks Mike and thanks to your hard working team!"
