When we had some issues with the older less reliable lighting programing software, Drew upgraded us at the cost of the new hardware and did not charge us a cent for the labor involved. The new Lutron system has been exceptional and it is helping us both, Envision and my budget, save money since it is rock solid. "Garage was good, arrived on time, completed replacing outdoor lights and was happy with his work. Maybe just me since I have not had an electrician in a while but $150 per light just to hook up and install new light to existing outlet seemed high. "

"I was impressed seeing Brady & Son's all positive reviews on Angie's List, and when I called, Stephen was courteous and we set up an appointment for the following week. Stephen and Mario quickly and efficiently tackled all the issues, and Stephen explained what had been causing said issues. They also replaced the faulty light fixture in the office with a new one I had purchased but had been waiting to install. Due to an earlier job that ran late, the guys had arrived to the appointment an hour or so late (which Stephen had called about), and because of that, Stephen did not charge for the work performed. Even if this hadn't been the case, I still would have written a positive review (REALLY!) because the work was excellent, but I really appreciated that added level of customer service and accountability. "Wonderfully. Mark and Mark (sounded like a Dr. Seuss story) showed up promptly. Mark I worked on the outdoor fixture and Mark II worked on the ceiling fixture. There was one minor snag in the installation of the ceiling fixture, but the problem was quickly resolved."
