I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. update: I would not spend the time to respond if you didn't call my review bogus.
First of all, review a service is not the priority of many working people. I would not say two weeks is a long delay.
Second, I was not at home when the service was done. I did not receive a phone call afterward to confirm if the result was good.
Finally, the roof still has lots of pine needles on it. I would not call that clean.
