Welcome to Strobert Tree Services, Inc., Delaware's premier Tree service. With ISA-Certified Arborists on staff specializing in Plant Health Care and Sustainability programs that help maintain any landscape efficiently and safely. Removals and proper pruning methods are executed in a professional, timely fashion with ease, making the home-owner always feel in control and reassured. In addition to the everyday Tree work needs, we also provide Plant Health care! Plant Health Care is a program in which we set up for our customers trees to keep them alive and thriving! The program includes treatments such as Bagworm, Fungicides, Fertilizers, and growth treatments, all of which can give your trees longevity! If you need our services at 2pm in the afternoon or even 1 am in the morning, no worries! We have a 24 hour emergency service that will respond promptly. Strobert Tree Services, Inc. has all up to date and maintained equipment such as Bucket Trucks, Chippers, Stump Grinder, Spider Lift, and our very own 60 Ton Crane! In addition to all of Strobert's state-of-the-art-equipment that is utilized on a daily basis we are a "Green" company. Strobert is the tri-state area's leader in bio-mass recycling! All green waste is recycled into re-usable materials. They even use bio-degradable chain and bar oil for their chainsaws. Every employee is trained and experienced and proud to come to work everyday. "Extremely poor experience - as someone who worked for this company & reported directly to the owner, I can say based off of my personal experience that in my 20+ years of working, never have I seen a company with this poor of a setup across all areas. From my experiences being very close to the business, I witnessed many actions that were extremely unethical, both related towards employees & customers. As a customer looking for tree work, here are just a few personal concerns I have with Strobert compared to other businesses (can?t speak on some of the worst ones here): - insanely high pricing, 3x to 4x what many other companies price for the same work/service - poor customer experience based on my experience from working here, witnessed 100% turnover, making it rare to have trained/educated support, leading to poor customer svc - unethical behaviors (won?t list them all), but for ie: promoting discounts, but never actually providing a discount, prices are raised to offset discount"
