"They called and moved my day back a day. I didn't have a choice and it made things hard as we needed to cook for a large party we were having the next day. My daughter had spent the night so we could get the cooking done that day. Should have had her use my wood floor cleaner instead of hers. My laundry room didn't get cleaned at all. Had to pull out my vacuum cleaner and do a large rug that still had dog hair on it. Don't think her vacuum cleaner did a good job on my carpet. I had had foot surgery, so I needed help cleaning for the party. She forgot a mop at her previous house and had to go back to get it. I think she left a window scrapper here."

Very nice and they did a great job.  We are potty training a new puppy and will be using All Pro Carpet Cleaning every 6 weeks or so until she is completely trained.  They took their time and the carpet looks good as new!

"I was pressed to have the carpet cleaned today. I called Acrosstime and he said he could be at my home within the hour and he kept his word. He did an excellent job of vanishing those awful stains and the carpet is so clean all over. Thank you for your expertise. respect, and professional manner."

"I called and left a message to inquire about services and I received a return phone call the same day. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was pleasant. I wanted to know how soon I could get them over, and they squeezed me in on a Friday (I believe I called on a Wednesday).  They showed up as scheduled and did the whole house.
This was the first time I have ever hired a carpet cleaning service. I thought when they showed up, they would give feedback and let us know if there were stains they couldn't remove or odors they were noticing and ask us if wanted to pay extra to remove. This was not the case. There were still multiple stains and it enhanced any odors that were already there. 
I mailed my check in for payment, because they did attempt to clean the carpets, which I don't think they have cashed yet. I called back a week later and left a message letting them know there were still stains and I wanted to see if they could come back and that I realized it would be an additional fee. I left a message on a Thursday at 4:55 p.m. I figured I would get a call back on Friday. Did not receive a return call. I called again and left another message on Saturday in case they happened to be open. It was the holiday weekend so I thought maybe I would receive a return call on Tuesday. Still no return call on Tuesday or Wednesday. So on Thursday I had to call another company. 
It's not my favorite thing to leave a poor review and I realize that there must have been some communication errors on my end, but I really would have appreciated a call back.I am now having to pay another company to redo the house. It's important to have clean carpets and an odor free house when it's on the market.

"Randy is flexible, reliable, and did a good job cleaning my carpets. I didn’t need any furniture moved, but I think he’d be able to help with that too. He was nice enough to move a heavy, tall, cat tree out to the garage for me. His price is reasonable and my carpets didn’t have a chemical odor when they were drying. I’ll be hiring Randy again."

"Purchased the deal on Angie's List for cleaning of couch and loveseat. Contacted by Mighty Blue a few days later to set up appointment for cleaning. They showed up promptly on the day and time scheduled and I showed them my furniture. I was promptly advised that it was microfiber of which they can not clean. No mention of this anywhere with the purchased deal or during conversation about appointment. Now I am rushing to find a cleaner for the upcoming event and working on getting my money back from Angie's List."
