Additionally, he had two small boys with him when he was working. After thinking about the amount of concrete he wanted me to pay for and he previously told me he had a different man to do the concrete, I told him I didn't want him to do the concrete. I wanted the concrete to be done by a professional concrete company, not bagged concrete mixed on site. After some back and forth, I requested he pick up his things and leave. He requested an additional $500.00, which I refused to pay. He dumped the concrete he had removed in the middle of my driveway and told me he would take me to court. He continued to text he wanted an additional $500.00 or he would take me to court."
