"I ultimately decided to go with natural grass rather than synthetic. However, the reason I wanted to write this review for Synlawn is due to their over the top style of customer service. Dean knew that I was struggling with the decision whether to go natural or synthetic and never hassled me or pressured me into making a decision. He provided all of the information I asked for and always responded to my questions. I definitely would've chosen Synlawn to do that work, not simply due to their pricing (which was fantastic), but because of the way Dean handled my indecision. He was extremely patient and even when I finally chose to go in another direction, he honestly thanked me for giving him a shot at the work and was very understanding of my decision. No patronizing claims that I was making the wrong decision. If you're thinking about installing synthetic grass - give Dean a call. You will be making a smart decision to hire this professional."

"I totally agree with enacting a 6th star rating for Grayson and his team at Envirogreen. These folks are simply amazing. Grayson and his team provided a fantastic service that was infinitely more complex than the normal project as we were out of the state when the design was finalized and when most of the work was being done. With how easy Grayson made it, you would have thought that we were in Scottsdale throughout the whole project. Unlike other contractors, you have the owner (Grayson) and his foreman heavily involved in both the design and the implementation of the project. Grayson was always available for questions and help with design choices. He is a plant connoisseur, so he was able to provide incredible insight into which plants should be included in our project and which ones should not. I like to say that Grayson is the no problem guy. Need to make a change to the plans he drew on the computer a couple of times. No problem. Need to add more plants to the project? No problem. Need to add in doing a paver driveway and walkway at the end of the project and have it completed by the time we move in to the place no problem. Grayson is completely flexible and wants to make sure that you are absolutely thrilled with the results of his and his team's work. For projects large or small, you will not go wrong if you select Envirogreen!"

In a short and efficient period of time, we collaborated with Cisco, who, through him and his exceptional teams, created an outdoor space far beyond our expectations. He completed the demolition of a metal fence and concrete stair walkway and installed an expansive private stucco wall, extended the existing paver patio, and added a 30' x 12' putting green. "This is our first time having artificial turf installed and we absolutely love it. People told us in the beginning that we would need to water it down before our dog goes on the grass because of the heat. It does get hot, that's correct but our dog doesn't seem to mine one bit and even lays down with no problem in the sunlight. Crown and Blade Turf did a great job, and the lawn looks fantastic. "Originally we hired MasterAZscapes to prepare a comprehensive landscape plan for our 35 year old home two years ago to completely remodel an old landscape. We were very pleased with the plan. MasterAZscapes is known for its tree planting services. It successfully did a complex large tree planting for our back yard two years ago, and the trees are healthy sailing through a damaging frost this winter. After putting the installation of the front and courtyard demolition out for bid, for this current project, we hired MasterAZscapes to demo the front yard, install the trees and plants, set up the drip system, install the wiring for future landscape lights, new rock, and install the artificial grass. We are thrilled with the completion of the front and courtyard areas which they completed on budget and less time than they originally predicted. The staff was superb and patient even after we changed our mind on placement of an important plant that was just not quite where we wanted it. With good humor, the staff re dug the planting hole moving it until we all were much happier with the result. The staff and ownership, across the board is talented, loves their job, and will work until the customer is happy. We are slowly implementing the original master plan and will look toward to MasterAZscapes in the future as we implement each project."
