He assessed the problem (broken pipe) which was causing a large puddle, gave us an estimate repair cost and began the work. Within a few minutes , he knocked on the door and reported the parts needed, increased the bid nominally to cover additional part costs due to angle of the pipe and completed all within 45 minutes. Great guy, great work ethic and we were so happy we asked him back for further work on our irrigation set up. Definitely give him a call, you won't be sorry!"

In a short and efficient period of time, we collaborated with Cisco, who, through him and his exceptional teams, created an outdoor space far beyond our expectations. He completed the demolition of a metal fence and concrete stair walkway and installed an expansive private stucco wall, extended the existing paver patio, and added a 30' x 12' putting green. The work schedule and completion of the job was timely.

The basis for the F on professionalism was Jeremiah's refusal to taken responsibility for minor damage to one of my carriage yard lights. The carriage light pole that is hard metal was cut severing the electrical connection to the light. Jeremiah refused to take responsibility for this and indicated that initially indicated that he would charge me for rewiring this light.

Refusing to accept responsibility for installing a new carriage light, which I have already purchased, has led to me giving this company an F on professionalism.

This is a sad commentary on a company that did an excellent job but insisted on doing battle on meeting their commitment to repair any damage that they caused.

Too bad since I was considering having this company do additional work on upgrading my back yard.

"This is the second review we write for the Outdoor Xscapes guys. We used Outdoor Xscapes a couple years ago for our first initial project (some basic landscaping with pavers, travertine, lawn, etc), and we contacted them for a second round a few weeks ago, this time to build a bbq, fireplace, and a couple walls. Steve has been our designer for both projects and we could not be happier. The whole process went really smooth, the guys did a great job (the crew was really nice and super clean, and made sure that when they were done they wash the backyard area where they were working at), and completed he project to our desire. "They were great and very professional. In and out for a bathroom vent fan repair in under 30 minutes. However, that small job was $454 and they also tried to upsell me on replacing all of my breakers on my electrical panel ($2,576) as well as add a whole home surge protector ($918). Feels a bit excessive to push over $3,000 of work for what was started as a small job."
