The carriage light pole that is hard metal was cut severing the electrical connection to the light. Jeremiah refused to take responsibility for this and indicated that initially indicated that he would charge me for rewiring this light. </p> <p>Refusing to accept responsibility for installing a new carriage light, which I have already purchased, has led to me giving this company an F on professionalism.</p> <p>This is a sad commentary on a company that did an excellent job but insisted on doing battle on meeting their commitment to repair any damage that they caused.</p> <p>Too bad since I was considering having this company do additional work on upgrading my back yard.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
