"My roof was at least 25 years old, covered in moss, had massive ice dams every winter, and I knew something was off because my ceiling had been slowly sagging in my living room since I moved in a few years ago. The living room was an addition, so had a flat roof compared to the rest of the home and different roofing material. Roofers Elite gave me a reasonable price for replacing my roof and also said they were happy to help me figure out what was going on above my living room. Nobody could have anticipated what we would find mid-job. Not only was the ridge beam broken from snow load, but absolutely nothing in that area of roof was up to code. It was all being held up by *2x4s* and showed signs of stress. At this point, another company might have bowed out. But Cody, Luis, and Vinne took it in stride, immediately made a plan of attack, and in the end did what was best for my family and my forever home. They completely rebuilt my roof from scratch and changed the entire roofline to prevent future damage from snow and ice. The whole crew even worked through Saturday to get it done. If you're trying to decide between a few different roofing companies, go with Roofers Elite. I mean it. They will do whatever they can to take care of you and make sure the job gets done right."
