He then kept demanding his next payment even though the work was terrible and not complete yet. I refused to do so and he then threated to file a Mechanics Lien on my property. I told him go ahead. He then went to the property with some of his workers and harassed my daughter who is on disability and loves there. The work he contracted with me to do is still not complete and can't be as the Concrete for can't be saw cut as it has to be done within 24 to 48 hours. It's been weeks. He left the door opening with broken blocks lift not cut and rough. When I met with him, he blamed on not being able to find good help. I told him I know how that is meaning him. I paid him some of what he was owed to get him to stop his harassment of my daughter. Mr. Jayson should be ashamed of himself and his work. My advice, don't hire this company or Scalpellino Concrete, LLC as if they are run both by Mr. Jayson you will get a crappy job done and disrespectful service."
