"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "I use them every year. I used the last year and this year too, 2014. It was reasonable. I think it went very well. They were prompt and they talk to me about what day they could come. One time, it was bad weather, they called right away, said they couldn't come out. We have a cold November and it got very cold and I think we had some rain and it was sleety and they were supposed to come out that day. They called very early, 7:30 in the morning to say they couldn't come and they would be able to come another day that week and would I be home. They're very considerate and very thorough in their cleaning. They're very professional. In fact they also clean roof and I'm calling them in the Spring. They're going to come out and clean my roof. We've been in this house 10 years. My husband asked them to take a look at the top of the roof because we're getting older ad we can't really climb up there. Our roofs are much higher than the house so when they went up they took a look and told us that there were some stuff underneath it. It probably need to be cleaned. I'm going to call them in the Spring and have them do that."
