TC, one of the owners of Pavercare, came out and surveyed what needed to be done.  He was exceptionally friendly and professional and put me at ease that they could get the job done right!

Gaspar and his crew arrived on-time and set to work removing the old bricks.  To my amazement, they actually bound our bushes up so they wouldn't be damaged and thinned out dead growth... as I have said in a previous review, they go far and above the norm in their service.

While they were working on my new walkway, another group quickly and expertly fixed my front walkway (installed by another contractor, some bricks had sank badly after only a couple years).  

When they were done, the curb appeal of our home had went up... it looked fantastic!  Definitely, a job well done and I will used them again for all paver-related projects.

THE AFTER STORY.

After a few days of the sidewalk being in place, you could see that there was a difference in the coloring our Series 3000 pavers from what we had originally and what Pavercare installed.  I let TC know and he came out and confirmed.  It was clearly an issue with Unilock's coloring.  At no additional charge, TC actually got a guy from Unilock to come and look at it.  He did some kind of acid wash that removes the haze associated with when they bake the bricks.  Sure enough, color matched!

Once again, customer service far beyond anything we have ever experienced with landscaping-related contractors. You should not go anywhere else other than Pavercare!

"Sunnyview came to the property and removed a couple of trees for us and did a great job. They were very professional and did exactly what we needed them to do. They cleaned everything up after grinding out the stump’s and we had to put sod down and they did a fantastic job. They were the best price after having several other quotes and they were always friendly and nice and matter-of-fact we are going to have them come out again this coming spring to do more work for us. "Last year we had our home re-sided and realized the fifty year old entrance way and front yard definitely needed a face lift as well. We found a coupon offer on Angie's List for Lawncare Plus Design. We met with Maria Larios, LPD President/Designer and discussed our dilemma ,unsure of what we truly wanted. Maria came up with a fantastic design for our front yard and entrance way. The project was initiated and completed within two days. Mario Larios has the skill and talent to almost magically transform a mediocre front yard and entry into a lovely and inviting garden landscape/hardscape. She was present through most of the project and even hands-on with the planting and watering, as she supervised her hard-working crew. The job included  removing all the old landscaping, preparing the soil, and planting new trees, shrubs, annuals,trimming two trees, and adding mulch. She savaged  some plants and bricks from the front yard that were used in the back, and filled a large gaping hole on the back patio from an empty  hot-tub installation seamlessly.  The crew worked steadily during the hottest weather (99 degrees) throughout the entire two days making sure the new plants stayed healthy in the heat.
We would highly recommend Lawncareplus design for anyone looking for landscape beautification at a very reasonable price from a very conscientious company owner, Maria Larios. We wish her company continued success.
