"Excellent experience with Ideal Home Improvements from the initial quote through to job completion. Work was delayed a couple weeks due to weather but they did a great job staying in touch and updating the timing. Crew was great - completed the work ahead of schedule. Did a great job cleaning the work site each evening and at job completion. I would highly recommend them and found them easy to deal with, great quality and fair price. They fully stand behind their work and fingers crossed I never need to use the warranty services but nice to know if there are problems, they will be there to help. Replacement of the roof with Ideal and Mike on top everything looked like never happened. It was a pleasure to deal with them."

Throughout the process, Vinny was flexible in his approach to the project and listened to our requests for specific materials and style of the wall. His pricing was very reasonable, and he was responsive to communication by phone and text. His team arrived on schedule, worked hard, built exactly what we had agreed to, and cleaned up afterwards. They are polite, organized, and truly meticulous in their work. Ardi showed up every day on time and worked so hard, with a calm, methodical approach. "Repeatedly confirmed over the phone while making the appointment that the service would be between 8-9 am. Waited until 9 am, and no sign of them even beginning to work in the complex, where they also had other appointments. I called to ask if they were still coming, and no answer. Did not call to say they would be over an hour late, no apology, no advisement of how much longer it would be. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner made a derogatory comment. I had plans and needed to get on the road shortly after 9. They showed up at 9:20 and began doing work elsewhere first. I had to cancel the service, and it ruined my entire weekend plans. I would not trust these guys to tie my shoes."

"He found my leak on the roof and repaired it, his name is Kevin and he is the best guy to deal with this jobs. Since than i don?t have any problem with my roof and i suggest him to everyone who want their roof look like new and to last long. This guy has the best prices around."

"Traditional old-school masonry is alive and well with this contractor. Needed to get my front brick steps replaced after 60 years of wear and tear. Found Sam of Right Rate LLC through Angis list and did an outstanding job recreating my steps and matching both the brick and mortar lines perfectly. Sooo happy that used this contractor.
