"I have two sets of solar panels on my roof - one section is 10 year old leased panels, and the other was purchased less than two years ago. Foolishly, I have never had either set of panels cleaned. I also wanted to make sure that everything was working as it should. When I called to make my appointment, I spoke with Josh and expressed what I was looking to have done. He told me about their Premium Solar Package which included several things: 1) a Multi-Point Inspection, 2) Monitoring of my Configuration, 3) Panel Washing, 4) providing a Solar Production Benchmark, and 5) Warranty Verification. I agreed that this was the package for me. On the day of my appointment, the technician, Israel, showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing during his visit, and then proceeded to start inspecting and cleaning the panels. After he was finished doing his servicing, Israel took his time while thoroughly explaining his findings to me. It was exactly the information I was looking for to put me at peace of mind that every was working properly with my system. Additionally, he showed me before and after pictures of my solar panels so I could see how clean they were after his scrubbing of them. To say I was impressed with both the results and the friendly customer service would be an understatement! I thoroughly recommend these guys to anyone who needs their solar system cleaned, assessed, or repaired!"

One of his techs went to the house and rebooted the system. Above & beyond! "The promo was a good lure. We discovered however that unless we brought up that we had bought this Angie's package, we were charged full price without the upgrades and add-ons. I called the person originally contacted (Julie) when I discovered the oversight. Within a week, I received the $25 visa gift card which was one piece of the package. I don't know if the other pieces will be easily added on/credited or not. Haven't seen anything. The visa gift certificate however requires me to send the partner company $2.95 shipping and handling, with a trip to the bank to get it in money order or cashier's check....really? I'm guessing they're hoping most customers won't bother. 
So all in all, we like the product and the installer was awesome.  Loving the service.
The package through Angie's list however I'm still waiting on to see if we got the freebies we bought.
