First he was held up on a previous job, which can happen, then he injured his ankle and couldn't work for a while. Through emails I asked if he would at least be able to start our project in January which he couldn't guarantee, so he stated that he was going to return things he purchased for our project and return the money we had paid him. Multiple emails and months later we are now 7 months from the original payment with no refund, no work done, and no more responses from David. BEWARE!
