"From start to finish, the design factor, coming to my home, keeping me apprised of what's going on. They brought all the materials and samples to me or sent pictures as to what it looked like. Which was really nice. Very knowledgeable with the questions that I had. When I researched it the information was exactly right. I liked the way they did their contract. They had it all detailed and I paid as the work was completed. When the floor was done I made a payment. When the cabinets needed to be ordered I made a payment. It was broken down into 6 payments. They didn't have me pay a third up front and that was completely different from everyone else. They cleaned up as they went. When I had a question on a Sunday I left a message and they called me back within an hour and he took care of the question.The whole process was really great."

"I have nothing but great things to say about adelphia roofing systems. The office manager was great and I do apologize her name is slipping my mind but I believe its nici. Any we set up appointment for joe to come out and eveulate my roofs we have two kinds of roofs shingles and flat roofs. He was excellent so so very thorough and knowlegable about both kinds of roofs I knew within a few minutes he was our guy. From there he drew up contracts where I signed and two days later was on adelphias schedule. The guys showed up secured my entire property with tarps and caution tape tore off all roofs down to wood they had to install few sheets of plwood six I after they completes the roofs the clean up was top notch. "Very professional and a fair price! I received a straightforward Proposal estimate in a timely fashion. Ivan and his crew were on time, diligent, and they paid careful attention to detail. Cleanup was perfect. A problem was discovered with the type of nails that had been used previously on the plywood; these were replaced at no additional charge for time/labor. I was also able to keep my existing skylights because this crew had the expertise and was willing to spend the extra time and to secure the proper flashing. The team worked until dusk, and Ivan refused to be paid until he returned the following day to determine that not a single nail was left on my property. This company was a pleasure to work with."
