Since our roof was old, there was uncertainty about what they'd find under certain sections of the roof, but they handled everything flexibly and professionally. They used top-grade materials and now our roof is set for the next 50 years! They cleaned up as they went, and by the time they left our place was immaculate. And through it all James was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely hire him again -- in fact we did hire him right away to paint our house and they did a great job with that too! "From start to finish, the design factor, coming to my home, keeping me apprised of what's going on. They brought all the materials and samples to me or sent pictures as to what it looked like. Which was really nice. Very knowledgeable with the questions that I had. When I researched it the information was exactly right. I liked the way they did their contract. They had it all detailed and I paid as the work was completed. When the floor was done I made a payment. When the cabinets needed to be ordered I made a payment. It was broken down into 6 payments. They didn't have me pay a third up front and that was completely different from everyone else. They cleaned up as they went. When I had a question on a Sunday I left a message and they called me back within an hour and he took care of the question.The whole process was really great."

Any we set up appointment for joe to come out and eveulate my roofs we have two kinds of roofs shingles and flat roofs. He was excellent so so very thorough and knowlegable about both kinds of roofs I knew within a few minutes he was our guy. From there he drew up contracts where I signed and two days later was on adelphias schedule. The guys showed up secured my entire property with tarps and caution tape tore off all roofs down to wood they had to install few sheets of plwood six I after they completes the roofs the clean up was top notch.
