Not only did they make our old home look like new again for the brand new owner, but they tackled two specific jobs that we never expected. First, they got out a rust stain on the tub that I had NEVER been able to remove despite my best efforts, AND they completely restored our hardwood floors after the area rug padding was pulled up and left behind a crusty glue-like substance!! They literally scraped an entire 8x10 area and made it shine like new. THANK YOU!! Also, I must say that the email communication was the BEST!! Constant reassurance and quickly answering any concerns. This was unexpected because I know they are in such high demand (quality and price) that I expected this "mom and pop" shop to not be as attentive. Boy was I wrong. Bottom line: A MUST HIRE!!
