Within minutes of my posting my request on Angie's List (through Allpros.com) I received a call from Jimmy. He was very helpful in my thinking through options for a stair rail. The next morning, Michelle came out to measure the stairs. Shortly after, I heard from Jimmy with an estimate that was much lower than I expected, and a time frame that was faster than expected. I got a few other estimates, but none came close to Jimmy's in cost or delivery time frame. I worked with Jimmy a bit more wanting to understand exactly what he was proposing. He was very responsive to my numerous inquiries, never treating me like a small potential customer. Jimmy came out to test the fit of the rail a few days after I accepted his estimate and the rail fit almost perfectly, thanks to Michelle's excellent work measuring and fabricating the rail. The railing took a few extra days at powder coat, but Jimmy has now installed it, and it looks great!
