"The two gentlemen that came out for an estimate were extremely professional. They measured and wrote the measurements on a drawing. They said they would get their estimate and email it to me. They did just that. I accepted their offer. They said it would be approx. a month before they could install it. That was fine. They texted me several days before they scheduled my job to see if that date and time was ok. It was, they came out, it took about 2 hours, and it looks beautiful. We had two 10 ft sections of our wrought iron fence replaced and a gate put in one of those sections. It was perfect, exactly what we wanted. They even touched up the paint before they left. We are very happy with them and their work. I would highly recommend them. A great company. Thank you guys for all of your hard work."

"I found this place with Angie's List and got through on the first call. The lady who answered took notes and said she would talk to scheduling and call me back. She called back within the hour and I had an appointment for the next day for repair work. <br /> They replaced the broken spring (not easy to do) and the broken guide wire on one side. It took about 2 hours and they asked for payment at the time of completion. <br /> I was happy to pay for such quick and professional service. The parts were 120 and labor was 80. They accepted credit card or check. <br /> Will certainly call them again if needed in the future. Well done. <br />"

"We have five very large pecan tress that were in desperate need of trimming and a mulberry tree that needed removing. Bob's Tree customer service was phenomenal. Immediate response after calling & apt scheduled right away for an estimate. Estimate given was a little higher that what I expected, having no clue what tree trimming was worth, but we went ahead with it, knowing Bob's Tree has been in business for years and has a great reputation. We were thrilled with the job they did and the amount of time it took. They left the yard even better than it was before they came, cleaning up every bit of wood that fell from the trimming and a great deal of pecans as well. After watching how hard they worked and the excellent way they cleared the trees and left the property upon completion, I was glad to write the check for them and glad that we were able to support a local business. Bob's Tree may not be the 'cheapest' pricing out there, but you definitely get what you pay for with them - excellence."

"I bought a large parcel (~50 acres) of land in northern Arizona and needed a barbed wire fence and gate installed.  I contacted several different fencing companies, but none provided services in the remote area where my land is located, or they wanted a LOT more money than I was prepared to spend.  Luckily, I saw a fleeting ad on Craigslist for Equal Three Ranch fencing services and I contacted the owner, Cardiff Babb, for a quote. <br /> Not only was Cardiff's quote reasonable, but he was very helpful - helping me to understand what materials I would need to supply (to save more $), what to expect from the fencing process, and how long the job might take.  Following Cardiff's excellent advice, I rounded up the necessary supplies and materials and met him on my land.  Given that I have a heavily-treed parcel, don't have direct line-of-sight to the corner pins, and have variations in grade, Cardiff's experience and perserverance (and chainsaw and tractor!) made a big difference in the successful outcome of the job, which took place over several weeks/weekends in November. <br /> Once we understood the magnitude of the job, especially the density of the brush and trees in certain areas, Cardiff adjusted his quote upwards a bit.  However, I was onboard with this as I helped to clear some of the trees and brush in the way of the fenceline, and very much appreciated and understood the difficulty of the task and the time and effort required to complete it. <br /> Cardiff was always on time, is extremely responsible and trustworthy, is a super-hard worker, and has all the right tools for the job, which makes a world of difference (and the same can be said about his crew).  The job took a little longer than I would have liked, but that was unavoidable due to the difficulty of the terrain, the amount of money I had available to spend, and the fact that Cardiff and I both have other full-time jobs that require our attention.  Regardless of that, I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome, and highly recommend Cardiff and his crew for all your fencing needs. <br /> Initially, I foolishly thought I could do this job myself.
