"Freedom Fence & Deck did a fantastic job replacing our 35-year-old wood fence with a beautiful white vinyl fence. Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. The contract process was quick and straightforward. After about six weeks, they were ready to install the fence. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. "Twenty years ago Fence & Deck Connection installed a long fence (about 1,000 feet) around my backyard. Twenty years later five of the hundred or so vertical posts had rotted and were sagging, and I was worried they wouldn't last another winter. When I called Fence & Deck Connection to repair the fence, I didn't even remember that they provided a lifetime warranty on it. But of their own accord they reminded me of that fact and came out and did the needed repairs. It is very rare that I have ever used a product’s warranty and never have I used one twenty years after I made a purchase. "Replaced both house and detached garage roofs. This was not an insurance claim. Sales rep: Pat I interviewed three separate contractors, so why did I choose Homelife? 1. Overall - their cost beat the other two contractors; in one case by $3k and the other by $4K. I broke down the components between the contractors to determine which package gave me the most bang for the buck. 2. I chose GAF products. Ridge vents, edge vents etc. You may not be aware, but here is a base, Silver and Gold levels which have corresponding cost levels. GAF has a Roof to Troops program, which was not mentioned by Homlife; I found out by their competitor and reviewing the GAF product's on line. While it is only $250, its money back into my pocket. The weather kept pushing back my removal/installation date, which is no real surprise. 50 linear foot of board was required to repair damaged roof. I had already known that it would possibly be in this range, from my attic inspection I had conducted. Parts offload/delivery was an issue due to power lines, but the shingles and remainder of items were delivered prior to the work. In all, the work commenced around 0700ish and completed around 5pm. No lawn damage. Clean up was good, I only found two nails, which from my view is outstanding. And the roof looks great :)"

"Yolex Richardson did a very good job removing my running board on my pickup truck. The brackets on the running board were welded to the frame of the truck. He cut the metal off between the frame and running board so the running board could be removed. It was an eyesore with rust and my truck is almost mint condition. So happy to see it off and as I said he did a great job removing it. Also Yolex is a very nice guy with great personality and we got along very well. Highly recommend him for other jobs and I will surely recommend him if others have problems."
