It must have been terrible for him but he worked his guns off. He was very thorough regardless of how the job became. My house was bigger than he expected. So when he said he was going to wash the whole side of the house, I don't think he knew what it entailed but he did it regardless. I think probably any other provider would have said they didn't expect that it was going to be so big and would have charged me extra or only done half, but he stuck with it. I figured like he was just trying to build his base but he did it right."
