He was very accommodating to our schedule, he showed up when he said he would, he he was professional and pleasant, and he was quite helpful in working with us to decide what to do with the yard. Jake kept excellent communication with me while we were planning the project. My work hours are crazy, so he had to do some careful time management to fit me in. He worked with my ridiculous schedule, and was able to arrange a time convenient for me. Once we settled on a plan of action, Jake took care of everything! He let me know before he was going to arrive. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He started work immediately! Throughout the project, Jake checked in with me periodically to ensure that I was satisfied with the progress, and he even took the time to offer suggestions I had not thought of to improve the landscape. He worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. When he was done with the yard, I was at a loss of words to describe the work! I think I said "wow" about a dozen times. It doesn't even look like the same yard! His price was MORE than reasonable, and I really could not be happier with the work or with the experience. In this era of increasingly poor work ethic and corner-cutting, it is nice to know that there is at least one company I can rely on for professionalism, thoroughness, quality, and COURTESY. "Bernie came and inspected severe winter storm damage on three mature White Birch trees. He explained that he partners with another firm specializing in just such damage and he contacted them on the spot. When that specialist arrived, the two men consulted on the best major work necessary, and with Bernie on the ground assistance, the other man applied a temporary sling to hold together a major limb that had split, until the major work on all three trees can be done according to a contract I accepted. When that work has been completed I will engage Bernie firm for their organic fertilization and root flare work. It was an immeasurable pleasure to meet Bernie and receive his freely given advice and immediate assistance."

"The Kasidonis team is knowledgeable and responsive. I've had them out a number of times, and they have all been positive experiences. The technicians explain what they are doing, and are always on time. I've had basic cleaning/maintenance service performed, as well as AC repairs over the last few years. Kasidonis kept a really old AC unit running (at my request) for a price I could live with, and bought me one more year. I'll need to replace the unit now, and I will be calling Kasidonis to do it."
