"A pleasure to work with! We had one single tile that had fallen off the corner of the roof and needed it repaired. When they ran a little behind the day of appointment, Catherine called well in advance to let me know that they would be 15 mins late. How great is that! Upon inspection of the site, they noticed some underlying problem that should be addressed at some point. I was not financially able to address at this point in time, and rather than pressure me into it as many companies do, they went ahead and did just what I needed for now which was primarily cosmetic. I will DEFINITELY use them down the road to complete the larger repair."

"Ok john Scott roofing was awesome n professional from start to finish. Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Without asking at payment time I got copies of release of lien for material and entire job, that just puts ya at ease. "When I started looking into getting my roof replaced, I had about 10 different companies come out to give me estimates. Ridge Top sent out Chris and right away I felt like they were the right ones for the job. He clearly told me every detail. He answered every single one of my questions. After that meeting, he followed up with me through text and email. Once we made our decision, he came over asap and called my insurance company with me right there. It was a 5 minute phone call. And the process was started. I had absolutely nothing to do with the insurance. Chris handled every bit of it. Every back and forth communication with the insurance company. He also was here and on the roof with the insurance company's inspector. A week later we were approved for the full price of the roof. All we had to pay was the deductible. We were on the schedule very quickly. The crew immediately set to work. After 6 hours, they were done! They removed the old roof and replaced it entirely new in 6 hours! Everything was all cleaned up too. No mess and not a single nail. The boss walked us around the perimeter and answered all questions. Chris was there with a big smile on his face (see the last picture!). It has been over a year and we have not had a single issue with our new roof. They do fast, quality work and have outstanding customer service. I cannot express my gratitude to them for all their hard work!! This company is amazing!"

"The job was done professionally and on schedule. Excellent work and excellent warrantee. Only problem was their job estimate significantly underestimated the final cost. The problem was that the estimator only saw one roof layer when there were two. One would assume that a trained estimator would know this. They charged extra for removing the second layer, which i found out about after the job was in process. Also, beware of gutter guards, which may need to be removed. If your guards are expensive, make sure reinstallation is included in the job estimate."
