"I recently moved to a senior home that was built in 1965; VERY little has been done to update this place since then. The oak hardwood floors were a MESS! They were very worn and full of (pet) stains throughout. While the quote from 3M was slightly higher than another quote I got, they were available when I needed them. Marcelo and his crew did a FANTASTIC job! The floors look amazing. They also put oak hardwood in the master bedroom and hallway that had been there when built but replaced by previous owners with cheap snap flooring in a hideous color. It was a BIG job but the results were beautiful. I would highly recommend 3M Mello Hardwood Floors, Inc. to anyone who asks. "James and his team did a complete renovation of a townhouse that had been neglected over many years. Tear-out of old flooring and fixtures. Installation of new laminate flooring, new paint throughout, new light fixtures, complete new bathrooms, complete new kitchen and exterior painting and power washing.
