He informs you as to his plan of cleaning your home when he arrives and speaks with you a few times during the process.  Our mildew & black streaked gutters came out white.  The rust stains & mildew on the siding & brick foundation are gone.  Our home has dormers & two roofed porch areas with large collumns. One porch roof has a high walled sky light.  All came out clean to the last detail. He mixes his own cleaners to the strength needed for the surface & degree or type of dirt to be removed.  He rechecks his work before he leaves.  My husband & I were very impressed with his work ethic & will have him come again in the future.  We highly reccommend him to others. <br />"
