"I bought a big deal for this service and it turned out okay. I thought the person who did the work was pretty knowledgeable of the roofing business. The person kind of explained to me the problem areas on my roof in terms of being able to show me what is going on with the roof including what needs to be watched and what needs to be repaired. I thought it was overpriced for what they actually did. For the $99 that I paid there was very little actual work done in terms of materials used and work done. I would probably look at other companies first before I used this company again."

"I obtained 3 estimates to replace multiple broken and dislodged tiles on my roof and fix the underlying material. 1 general contractor and 1 other roofing company. T&G came in below the other roofing company by a considerable amount and only slightly above the GC. They provided very clear estimate documents and despite warning me of possible overages based on things they might discover after starting the repair came in exactly at their estimate. They were on-time, finished in the time estimated, were very clean and professional. I recommended them to several other folks who came by and asked since seeing them on my roof."

That was crazy fast. The next day they where on the roof and replacing the fascia board. Before I new it, they were laying the black paper an installing the Presidential Shake TL. "Amit and his crew did a great job installing a brand new cool roof, as the 30 year-old shingles that comprised our previous roof were curling up and on their last legs. I was able to get a rebate from LADWP at the rate of 20 cents per square foot contingent on the new roof meeting the threshold for minimum reflectivity. It cost $12,570; I got this pricing by getting a competitive quote from another roofing company and then negotiating additional features against that quote like cost of some required additional shiplap wood and plywood, a reflective radiant barrier on the underside of the roof visible from inside the garage, extra thick material under the shingle tiles themselves and over the plywood, replacement of flashings, etc. Amit was very honest, responsible and reliable throughout the process. The quality of the roof work was great. However, there was debris that came down on the attic floor after the days of pounding. When we requested that he return with his crew to clean up the debris, he reported that this often happened but that he was not responsible to do any cleaning as stated in his contract. Following the work, I noticed that in the attic there were quite a few nails that were poking down through the ceiling; I told him it was dangerous to walk there due the possibility that these sharp nails could injure someone. He agreed to return and bend back those protruding nails so that they were no longer a hazard. Overall he did a superior job at a reasonable price. I would hire him again."
