"I bought a big deal for this service and it turned out okay. I thought the person who did the work was pretty knowledgeable of the roofing business. The person kind of explained to me the problem areas on my roof in terms of being able to show me what is going on with the roof including what needs to be watched and what needs to be repaired. I thought it was overpriced for what they actually did. For the $99 that I paid there was very little actual work done in terms of materials used and work done. I would probably look at other companies first before I used this company again."

"How fortunate for us that T&G Roofing also does solar installs! We had used them before for our daughter's tile re-roofing, and she was so impressed! They pointed out several corrections to previous roofing code deficiencies, issues like missing nails, screws and vents, and even added glass window "skylights" under the new vents in the garage to brighten it up. So when it came time to re-roof our house, we hired T&G to do both the re-roofing and adding a new solar cell system. Their approach uses a 35-year composite (shingle) roof under the solar cell area, even with a tile roof, as it makes the system more watertight, and the solar wiring conduits are hidden by running them through the attic. The 3-man roofing team synchronized well with the 3-man solar team, and both were always prompt, friendly, and cleaned up nicely each night. And their solar monitor software is fantastic, shows 15-minute interval KWH consumption/production amounts graphed in nicely in realtime."

"Great company to work with. The owner Steve was very professional, and attentive to all my roofing needs. His workers are hard working individuals and very meticulous. The tear down took 3.5 hours. That was crazy fast. The next day they where on the roof and replacing the fascia board. Before I new it, they were laying the black paper an installing the Presidential Shake TL. What a awesome job they did. I was so blown away how efficiently they worked and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I highly recommend Guardian Roofs. "Amit and his crew did a great job installing a brand new cool roof, as the 30 year-old shingles that comprised our previous roof were curling up and on their last legs. I was able to get a rebate from LADWP at the rate of 20 cents per square foot contingent on the new roof meeting the threshold for minimum reflectivity. It cost $12,570; I got this pricing by getting a competitive quote from another roofing company and then negotiating additional features against that quote like cost of some required additional shiplap wood and plywood, a reflective radiant barrier on the underside of the roof visible from inside the garage, extra thick material under the shingle tiles themselves and over the plywood, replacement of flashings, etc. Amit was very honest, responsible and reliable throughout the process. The quality of the roof work was great. However, there was debris that came down on the attic floor after the days of pounding. When we requested that he return with his crew to clean up the debris, he reported that this often happened but that he was not responsible to do any cleaning as stated in his contract. Following the work, I noticed that in the attic there were quite a few nails that were poking down through the ceiling; I told him it was dangerous to walk there due the possibility that these sharp nails could injure someone. He agreed to return and bend back those protruding nails so that they were no longer a hazard. Overall he did a superior job at a reasonable price. I would hire him again."

"Mark was terrific.  He inspected the roof and offered to show me what he found.  Mark showed me the area where the leak was and recommended a solution to repair it.  He also pointed out some other issues (broken tiles, etc?) and offered to repair/replace those as well.  We agreed on a price that I felt was reasonable for the work being done.  On the day of the job, Mark and his crew showed up on time and completed everything in 2 hours.  He showed me the work area and explained what they had done.  They cleaned up after themselves and left no sign that they had been there.  I can't say enough about how great Mark was and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of roof repairs!  I would absolutely use him again. <br />"
