Asked me what the issue was and worked with me based on my availability to come out and provide an estimate. Allan inspected the roof inside the attic and up on the roof. He provided us with a detailed explanation of issues in addition to the leaks we noted around the exhaust pipes. We were provided with an estimate, as well as visuals of items at issue. We were provided with various payment options and the work scheduled for his foreman to do that same day on our 5 year old, two story roof. Sealants were removed and replaced for all roof jacks, vents and flashings. Broken, missing shingles replaced. Damaged wood decking replaced. Detached shingles replaced. All exhausts were painted, along with roof jacks and vents to prevent corrosion. Before work, in progress work and completed work pictures were provided."
