"Ince my install date was confirmed, I was told that the crew would be out between 9-10a on Monday 6/1. Promptly at 9am Ramon and Giovanni arrived and began getting set up. I was introduced to both of them and brought them down to where the control box was going to be installed. From there, they were off to work. They were super efficient, super professional and very neat. Anything they touched or moved, they put back. They were done within a few hours and gave me a quick tutorial on the controller before going out and checking the system and the directions of the sprinkler heads one last time. "Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"
