He is very detail oriented, moving sprinklers, adjusting downspouts, getting the form boards just right before pouring concrete, etc. He kept us up to date as to what was was going on, and was pleasant to chat with. I could tell from the first day he came out that he is knowledgeable and experienced. We chose to work with him over several other bids, one of which was a lower bid. "Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
