Within a few minutes, they were able to locate a brand new skylight which was the right one for my roof and installed it within a few hours. "I had them to redo my whole roof 1.5 year ago and I found a piece of shingle fell off recently. I contacted the owner and they stood behind their work and promise. He quickly scheduled a follow-up and sent his team to fix it in a short period of time. In these days you can easily find any contractors do the work and work away with your money. They came same-day to assess the job and prepare an estimate, gave me their best price, then 3 days later on the day before Thanksgiving, they reduced it by another $1,000 ("Black Friday Special"!). Then a truck with four professional installers and all necessary supplies came at 8:45AM the next day on Thanksgiving and by 2:00PM my entire attic was completely and perfectly insulated. "Very impressed with responsiveness, professionalism, technology, and value provided by Gunner Roofing. The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job.
