"Dealing with Optimum Moving LLC was very easy especially during a stressful time, such as a move. The contact person, Carlos was very understanding and helpful with the initial appointment set up. Johan, Walter, and Emilo were the three men who moved all of my things, seemingly with ease even though there was a lot of things. They packaged the furniture so well with moving blankets and cardboard, there were no issues with damage to any of the items. No damage was done to either home. The move occurred on Halloween and they navigated this large moving truck through a crowded neighborhood and dealt with the crowds professionally. They even finished ahead of the estimated time. It was a pleasure working with these gentlemen and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a professional moving company. "Great job! The men were friendly, respectful, and efficient. They handled my "extra fragile" items with extreme care - just as I asked. I used the packing service too. They had plenty of boxes for all my belongings, and wrapped my furniture in plastic to protect it. I lived at the end of a very, very long hallway and the new apartment has a short flight of stairs. The men were upbeat and positive all day, even having to deal with that! They were experts at loading the truck so everything was secure. I'm so happy to support a local business and can totally recommend it. A couple suggestions for improvement are: a little bit more prompt reply to website inquires, and a bit more written communication or confirmation (email). Also, if you continue to offer the packing service, I'd suggest bringing bubble wrap and/or let the client know you'll be needing that kind of packing material. And then Samuel and the other man took care of everything, they dissembled the beds, wrapped them up carefully and transported them through those narrow stairs of my old apartment. When we arrived at the destination, they started unloading the truck, asked and helped me with the layout of the new bedrooms and reassembled everything back together. No damages, no issues.
