"Repeatedly confirmed over the phone while making the appointment that the service would be between 8-9 am. Waited until 9 am, and no sign of them even beginning to work in the complex, where they also had other appointments. I called to ask if they were still coming, and no answer. Did not call to say they would be over an hour late, no apology, no advisement of how much longer it would be. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner made a derogatory comment. I had plans and needed to get on the road shortly after 9. They showed up at 9:20 and began doing work elsewhere first. I had to cancel the service, and it ruined my entire weekend plans. I would not trust these guys to tie my shoes."

We had a problem with the chimney. Eric came to the home to do an inspection and took a personal interest and provided a fair honest estimate. He didn't try to sell us something that wasn't needed. They first had to remove several large concrete slabs before being able to prepare the surface to take the new pavers and remove a failed railroad tie wall in order to build the new block wall. They did an awesome job of tying two leaders together to drain the gutters under the new pavers and wall to the garden area beyond. Requests for information and estimates were handled immediately and all questions answered fully. Was our pleasure working with professionals and they receive a very high grade from "Inspector Young" (the husband here) who as a retired Construction Official/Building Inspector had many occasions to observe and inspect others work. Our site was left so much better than how it had been. Kudos to Ardian and his team. Would definitely recommend them highly."
