"I hired Century to move me and my family from the western end of Pennsylvania to the eastern end of Illinois , my movers Nestor & Antwan were very professional and accommodated my move right after a snow/ice storm that hit the whole state of Pennsylvania. They done their job in a timely matter the only issue was when it was time to pay my card was declined due too a fluke which understandably make the company owner nervous but I got it paid, and all was good. The company honored the original quote they had given me before services was rendered. I would definitely use this company again and hopefully I could get Nestor and his as the movers, PS Nestor did an amazing job maneuvering the 28 feet truck on a hillside cover in ice/snow he is excellent driver."

"We had a long distance move from NJ to VT and I called three different places for quotes. Optimum was very competitive and I liked their "no bed bug" guarantee. They promptly came to our house to provide an estimate and the estimate was provided in a timely manner. They explained everything to me and were flexible in making updates to our inventory as we got closer to our move (ie changes in number of boxes, etc). We were sending some items to storage and some to our new place, so it was a bit more complicated than some other moves. They were accommodating, but did add a charge for stopping at our storage unit. On the day of the move they were prompt and sent a crew of three which worked out great. The foreman, Davon, was great, very professional and knew how to manage the complicated move. The rest of the crew, Juan and Wilson, were also great. Super nice and professional. I felt that they were careful with our items and took care in boxing and wrapping. They delivered the next day and were just as efficient with moving our items into our new place and setting things up for us. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, in fact when we need our items that are in storage, Optimum will be the first place I call!"

"The efforts of the movers who packed up my home went well; After speaking to Eli, I opted for the services that grouped my items for an interstate move, that stated items would arrive between 8-10 business days of the earliest move in date; after giving the date, it required several calls to coordinate the actual day. The second set of movers arrived at the appointed time then angled for a tip stating that there was an elevator charge of $300 (would it have been better to use the stairs to a 4th floor apt). Two small incidents with the move in-2 pieces of furniture were damaged, which I filed with the moving company, 3 months later no word on that claim, and, the movers failed to wash their hands after using my bathroom. Going forward, To have better control over the delivery and quality of work of the move effort, on both ends, I found it easier to coordinate the 3 phases of packing, moving and unpacking on my own; and hopefully I will see the funds from the insurance claim."
