"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"They were a little expensive, but they did a very good job. They got them all messed up and somehow we got lost and it took 2 months to get them to come out after they first came out. They lost us somehow and I don't know what happened. I had to literally call them back and start over again. They were there exactly when they said they were coming the second time they came out. We called them and told them our roof was leaking. We got them from Angie's List, and then I had to call them back, and she said they can't find us anywhere. I would use them again. As a matter of fact, we would be calling them again soon."

"They were punctual and completed the job on time. The main problem was changes made without discussing with me. They put in a smaller vanity than was requested and painted trim gray (the color of the floor board as requested) rather than painting the doors and window trim white as requested. Then they tried to tell me it was all what I had picked out. I chalked this up mostly to their youth and 'learning curve' regarding getting the estimate right and discussing changes with the owner. I probably would hire them again, but would be more careful about what is expected. Overall, they did a fine job."
