"Simply cannot brag enough about the high quality of EVERY encounter with every member of the Phipps Masonry team. Starting with the very informative person who returned my initial call within 5 minutes around 6pm to set up an appt to evaluate the project with Joseph. The Evaluation was also very informative about the repair approach and time needed. Two projects will be described below 1) larger project repairing a buckling 25 yr old brick privacy wall connected to a long retaining wall in the community 2) restoration of residential steps and exterior wall mortar section: Within 3 business days, a quote was provided and the work scheduled about 10 days later. Mike is outstanding at Masonry restoration! He made the front steps on the residence look like new, removing 25 year old failing mortar and replacing with an Artisan's skill to detail. He did the same with some sections scattered over an exterior wall, completely bringing it back to like-new quality. Referred him to our community also for a bigger project of repairing an aging brick wall & columns and structural support components. Dane led the masonry and rebuilding team and this project was executed with complete knowledge and professionalism at every step. Extremely pleased with this larger project also and will be calling on Phipps Masonry for further work in our community. "The crew did an amazing job. the scope of the project was immense. we had a 150 ft driveway that was old concrete replaced with pavers and it was widened by 2ft on each side. it also had a turn around put at the end by the garage. they completely redid our entire yard front and back close to 3/4 of an acre. they put in an entire drainage system with catch drains as the house sat at the bottom of a small hill and all the water all ran under the house. the put in a three level front yard with a stone slab walk away. a very large brick mail box and a brick outdoor grill. completely redid the pool deck with pavers put down gas lines for the he grill the water heater. for the pool and jacuzzi. as well as to the den fireplace to convert it to gas if/when we wanted to. had a water float line put in the pool to maintain water level. they were always on time, professional and clean up was done daily. they said it was gonna take 6 or seven weeks and it took 9. Only because we kept adding things on not in the contract. they never balked or complained about it. and we're always friendly (except the owner Stephen) JUST KIDDING. I HIGHLY recommend them for any job large or small. you just may have to wait a little as they're in demand and the proof is in the exceptional work done."

Adam came out on a Saturday morning to meet and give a quote, he was early which was great. They gave me a price on the spot, I did not feel comfortable with their estimation. JNC took their time measuring and got back with me in two days. Their price was higher than the other company. I felt more comfortable with J&C Hardscapes. Carlos and his company did an excellent job installing the retaining wall. Once the wall was completed, it was perfectly constructed. One of their employees took pictures of his work because he was proud of it, To me that says it all. I would highly recommend J&C Hardscapes to anyone interested."

They landscaped a large hill on our property (which included installing two sets of stairs), created a paved/brick walkway to match a patio already in place, and installed multiple drain lines to direct water on our property away from the driveway when it rains. Miguel and his crew are very professional, listened to our ideas and made wonderful suggestions regarding our projects. The crew worked continuously from beginning to end of the project until it was completed to our satisfaction.
