They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Everything was undated that needed to be including plumbing, exhaust fan, mold resistant wet area dry wall etc. The shower he built turned out perfect and we get compliments from everyone thats sees it. I gave him a "B" under responsiveness only because we had to wait approx 6 weeks for him to schedule the work.
