"I wanted to get this done while my wife was out of town as a surprise.  They were able to work me in the next day. (Saturday) 
He spent almost the entire day, and did a great job. 
The most impressive thing is how good the concrete looks.  We just get so much mold and mildew here that you don?t realize how bad your sidewalks look until they are washed.
My neighbor liked the work so much that she booked him, and now both houses look brand new!
He has a very professional set-up, with all of his equipment inside an enclosed trailer.  This was not some guy schlepping a 3.5hp pressure washer around.  It was quiet (Because it was in a trailer,and parked at the curb) and powerful!
I would strongly recommend this vendor, and will use him in the future.

"It went pretty well.  They obviously knew what they were doing.  They were very neat.  They painted the room with very little disruption to the rest of the house.  They were very quiet.  The owner was one of the painters, which is important, as his name is on the line. 
The room ended up needing two days, as the old paint was dark, and the new is light; the walls needed an extra coat.  They charged the same lower rate for the second day.  There were a few small details that could have been covered better,  and they didn't remove some of the hardware, but rather painted round it.  But they were quite good at detailing with this.  To be fair, I didn't ask them to specifically remove all door hardware, etc. beforehand, and they probably would have if I had.  
 All in all the room looks really nice, like a completely different room.  My daughter is thrilled.  This company deserves more business.
