"They arrived on time and kept the area clean as they worked. There was a problem with the timer. They returned to adjust the watering times. The cycles still weren't working properly. Mr. Clavell researched the timer and found that it had been recalled. He installed a new timer and now the lawn looks GREAT!   We will use Millcreek Sprinkler again. <br />"

"The service was fine.  We were re-seeding parts of our lawn, so they suggested we wait a week or so until they emptied their tanks of the pre-emergent they were using at the time.  Then later after the week or so had elasped, they called again a week ahead of our appointment to set up a time that they could come, and then again the day before arrival to confirm. The person arrived as scheduled. The lawn looks great! <br />"

"We used this company for two years and thought their work was just ok. The grass in our backyard never looked mowed and was always a little too long. They did an ok job but was not overly impressed by any of their work. They would leave things messy after adding new mulch to our flower beds also which I thought was strange, as it is their job to make our beds look nice. <br /> We also had issues of not knowing when they would show up which was especially important for us with our dog that is often times in the backyard. We rarely received any notification of when they were coming especially at the start of a new season. They would send general emails about Spring service but never anything to specifically let us know when they would be coming to our house. And then we were told that this is what all lawn companies do. We also had given them a specific time that we'd like them to come each week which they agreed to but never did. That was super frustrating. <br /> Overall, mediocre work that looked fine. It was the scheduling and communication that we didn't like and ended up not using them any longer. <br />"
