I changed the specs 2 or 3 times but her communication was great. When I gave them the ok, the installation was set up quickly. I was amazed at how fast 2 guys could mark off, dig holes and install over 400' ft of fence. It looked great. There were two minor issues that I contacted them about. Tracy, the owner, called me immediately and they were taken care of the next day. 100% satisfied"

"From start to finish First Fence was responsive & clear. They walked the property to discuss what we wanted. Made some suggestions for a better outcome, then sent an agreement with all of the details for us to sign. We paid a deposit in order to secure our time on their schedule, then paid the balance after the fence was installed. They also removed & discarded the old fence. All completed in one day. I really want to give 4.5 stars. A half star off for the length of time it took for them to come back and replace/adjust the gate, as the wood warped and it wouldn’t open. That took a month. All fixed now."

Pete responded promptly to my initial inquiry, came out ASAP to provide an estimate on the cracked step (and on a bigger "dream" project I've been thinking about), explained what had likely caused the damage, and gave me several options for either replacing the step just as it had been, or upgrading a little bit depending on my price range. His recommendations were good, and we didn't feel pressured at all, but the full reshaping of the step into a rounded one was a bit outside our budget so we took him up on enlarging it by several inches instead. Overall, Pete was friendly and professional, and had that air of experienced competence that you look for in someone doing work on your house. I didn't even bother getting a second estimate. I did, however, call a good friend who has worked in the brick industry for years, and he assured me that the price Pete quoted was right in line with what he would expect for my project if you want it done right. When I gave Pete the green light, he scheduled the work promptly, showed up in the morning on time a few days later, and knocked the whole project out by that same afternoon. Put simply, the step looks great. It was done promptly, in line with our budget and at the price Pete originally quoted, and our whole experience with him was easy and hassle-free. The new brick color is matched perfectly with the old brick (absent a decade of wear and tear obviously), as is the cement, and it is clearly quality construction. In sum, I would highly recommend PK Masonry to anyone, and I will definitely use him again if I can ever convince my wife to let me pull the trigger on that dream project I've been thinking about..."

"I was hesitant about going with a hidden or invisible fence for our new puppy but because of the make up of our yard a traditional chain link or wooden fence was not feasible (we have a drainage ditch that splits our yard and floods during heavy rains). After much research, we decided to go with DogWatch Hidden Fence and couldn't be happier! Our puppy caught on quickly and I love that she is able to run and play in our entire yard, both front and back and over the ditch, rather than being confined to a very small area had we gone with a traditional fence. "<p>Professionalism is lacking with this firm.  Work was done as promised.  Four or five months after its completion, I made a warranty claim.  It has taken more than three months to resolve.</p> <p>#1) Wait – wait –wait – warranty work is not given any priority.   The associate in charge of scheduling actually left me a voice mail stating this policy!</p> <p>#2) Scheduled an appointment to make the repairs and no one showed up nor did anyone call. I did receive a prompt apology once I called the next day asking why was I stood up.</p> <p>#3) Sent a repairman out who could make only one of two needed repairs – wrong supplies -- even though their procedure for warranty work requires a site visit and a written statement of work approved by me.</p> <p>#4) I came home from work one evening (June 2016) to find the second repair completed.  I was pleased it was done after more than three months of waiting.  I also felt violated because there was no scheduled appointment.  </p> <p> </p> <p>I did consider complaining about the intrusion onto my property.  However I suspected the complaint would fall on deaf ears because the owner has yet to answer my direct inquiry to him.  As I started this review, professionalism is lacking with this firm and I cannot recommend.</p>"
