This occurred Mar. 22 and the estimate was written Mar. 15! He never ordered the material and we are currently finding another company to finish our deck. We have been living with NO DECK, only a frame for TWELVE WEEKS! It is a very dangerous situation as it is a second floor deck with exposed under decking and some electrical. I will be filing a law suit for the return of my 30% deposit."
