Among the Master Elite contractors in my area I contacted, Peachtree Restorations was the first one to respond, as a matter of fact, Milton Brannon came to our house the very day I requested the estimate. Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services. Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest. He was also very thoughtful as we reviewed the cost estimates, in terms of helping us avoid unnecessary upgrades. He patiently guided us in selecting our preferred shingle type and color, not only provided us with reference photos, but also twice brought to our house the shingle samples. His help was invaluable to us in our decision making, and we greatly appreciate his time and expertise. Milton made a great effort to move up the installation date to fit my travel schedule. "Matt's Exterior's is hands-down the best residential roofing contractor in our area. They gave us a competitive quote to replace our entire roof, gutters, and chimney cap. They explained how the process would work from start to finish with our insurance company, and within two weeks of agreeing on scope of work and making material selections they had a crew on site to perform the work. It took them a total of only 1-1/2 days to completely replace the roof on our house plus our detached garage. Their work crew was here on time every day, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. "They were on time for the estimate and on time for the work that was performed. They removed my old shingles, tar paper, and vents and replaced them with new underlayment and GAF Timberline Shingles with new vents. The workers were efficient, knew what they were doing, worked extremely hard and long and did a great job. The project manager was on site much of the time and ready to answer any questions or respond to concerns. The new roof replaces one installed 19 years ago and the quality of the new roof greatly exceeds that of the previous roof. They cleaned up after they finished and did not destroy any flowers, shrubs, or plants. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Marcus beat two other contractors in the area.  He had the highest quality product and best price.  The installation was conducted safely and the cleanup was thorough.  He replaced damaged sections of decking and installed a "cricket" to improve drainage where the damage to the old roof had occurred.  He also installed a Solatube skylight.
It has been over a year since the installation, it has been one of the rainiest on record, and there have been no issues whatsoever.
I would use M&C Roofing again, but not for this house because I'm pretty sure this roof will outlive me.
