"It finally happened.  Our 65-year-old coal furnace had been showing its age by leaving a patina of ash and soot in our home, and at the beginning of the heating season (early November), its stoker stopped feeding coal.  Parts and service people for furnaces this old just aren't around any more, and the repairs it needed were beyond my abiliities. I had done some  research on  alternatives earlier and a heat pump was  the best bet for us.  We called about six different heating contractors.  Most of the time they stoped by and said "We'll bring you an estimate." and then we never heard from them.  Some took two or three days to even return our call.  Larry Dye came the morning after we called him, went through the house, mapped out the locations of the registers and duct work, and called us that afternoon with estimates for two heat pumps.   Ten days later, he and his crew arrived on schedule (30 minutes early!) and were taking out the old furnace and duct work.  They did an excellet job of cleaning up the mess and hauling away the debris.   A day and a half later, the heat pump was up and running.  He and his crew were very courteous and professional and got the job done.  The heat pump has kept our home comfortable so far. <br />"

"My HVAC went out on New Years Day and I called several repair companies and Chirchhill was the only one to get back to me on the same day. Steve called and texted me to see what was wrong and how they could help. While on the phone I described to Steve what happened and the noises I heard prior to it going out. Steve was able to pretty much diagnose went might need to be replaced and had the part in stock! Joe came out the to my house and within 20 minutes I had heat! A few days later I called Steve back and reported to him that my heat was not working correctly (Turning on and off). Steve sent Joe back out who immediately discovered condensation inside a hose. Joe emptied out the water and left free of charge. Every works great!"
