In our previous house, we were burned by a different contractor, so we were a bit nervous entering into this project. Turns out we had nothing to worry about! There were no hidden surprises in the costs because Beau was always transparent and kept us apprised about any issues or needed adjustments that came up. "These guys were fantastic. They are one of the few companies out there that that actually do what they say will do. They send you daily emails around 830 am describing the activities for the day and who will be inside your house. Their communication is great - they always answer emails and texts in a very timely matter. The master bathroom we had remodeled looks great and was done in the time period they indicated at the beginning of the process. Sure, you could probably find someone cheaper and does inferior work, however we wanted it done right the first time. Nic and Sarah and the entire team exceeded our expectations!"

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

Their sub-contractors are top-notch and professional and David Summers oversees all work constantly. they do not cut corners and if they run into a problem they FIX IT and do not ignore it or work around it. They are also known for cleaning up the work area every day."
