"They called and reschedule because of mechanical issues with their truck. They had reminders and contacted us on the day of the cleaning that they were running late. I appreciated that they kept us informed. They were only 1/2 hour late, but actually finished the job on time. They took pre-cleaning pictures and post-cleaning pictures. What a difference!! It is amazing how much collects in the ducts. I could tell the first night that my breathing at night was better.
