"If I had to describe Mike's work in one word, I would say 'meticulous'. We hired him to add wainscotting and wallpaper in our powder room. With any project, you have expectations of what the completed job would look like, and I must say he far surpassed my expectations. He did incredible work. It looks absolutely beautiful. In addition, he came when he said he would and kept me up to date on the project status. During the install, he maintained a neat and orderly job site and went above and beyond during the clean up at the end. This was the second time we worked with Mike, he previously added decorative moulding to the primary suite, and it won't be the last. I highly recommend him."

"The lead person Mike was very helpful we had not bought enough thinset and Mike just went and got it. Then we ran out of grout my bad but again he took care of it at no extra charge. The tile guys were pretty good no issues and they even fixed a broken tile I had in another room."

"He is very courteous, caring, professional, honest and above all meticulous with the work he has done for me at my home in the past year. I would and have highly recommended him to many of my relatives & friends. He has installed a complete shower and vanity in both of my bathrooms. He has also installed a multitude of outlets that were needed throughout my home. A motion light outside on my front porch was installed by him also. The house was built in 1926 so needless to say it has settled and a lot of wiring was ancient, not the easiest task but it was completed so efficiently and thoroughly beyond a doubt Mr. Delgado has a broad knowledge of home improvement techniques. He has also replaced outside doors that were broken and had to be adjusted and pieced in to level the houses settling condition. He is truly very smart and deals with all types of issues that to me seem impossible to complete without costing thousands of dollars but to my astonishment he has done the work within my means and a moderate amount of cost to me. I cannot reiterate enough how I would highly recommend him for any repairs or remodeling that is needed. I plan in the very near future to hire him for some much needed work inside and outside my home."

"Tony is very responsive and his work on rebuilding my porch and providing a new steps was great. (5 stars across the board). He cleaned the site every day and he fielded every question and would attend to the details that I brought up. His work ethic is amazing, working long days (including some weekend days if there were rain days during the week) and keeping to commitment to stay on the job everyday until completion (unlike some contractors who start the next job before finishing the current one). After he finished the porch rebuild, he agreed to do another job (a complete demolition and redesign of sidewalk steps) which he brought in a subcontractor to assist. The sub-contractor, who did beautiful work, was not as attentive to details of design that Tony specified and for that job, I would rate the the quality of work and the value for money ratings (his rates were comparable as proposal) a 4.5 and not 5 stars across the board. But with the porch rebuild and porch step redesign Tony was fantastic (5 star quality). It took a year for me to find Tony, and he was worth the wait. I recommend him and would, without a doubt, hire him again."
