"We've used Palette pro several times for both interior and exterior work, and as usual, their work was fantastic. They are extremely professional, providing a project manager who oversees the job and inspects the work before it is complete. Their painters are also very professional and polite. On this job, there was a small piece of a room that we had thought was included, but was not painted. They were correct that it was not in their proposal, but they painted the additional piece extra with charging more. They do great work and are very fair. The pricing is more than the "some guy with a van" types, but extremely reasonable for the quality and professionalism they provide. They are really great."

"First of all- Cost- this was an exterior paint job PLUS a significant amount of extra work and materials throughout - almost as if it was two projects in one- carpentry and full exterior paint. Sheki was up front about all costs to add work we wanted and there were no surprise costs. Fair pricing for the extensive time and quality work. Details: - Sheki of J&S was in constant communication via phone and text throughout the multi week job. I called him on Tuesday with my concerns for the possible project and he met me at 6:30am on that Wednesday morning to go over everything before we signed the contract. Throughout the job Sheki was responsive and ON SITE often to walk the project and discuss progress. - Office staff - Pam sent me emails, invoices, contract, everything organized and super fast responses. - Painting/Carpentry team- AWESOME. These guys are amazingly skilled workers. Carpentry, wood replacement, siding, paint, cement, whatever they did they did it extremely well. Meticulous throughout and on the final day spending hours on trim and second coats, cement, etc. I can't say enough about his crew. They got every single detail on point. - Transparent process throughout- Sheki and I agreed on contract- discussed additional work, materials (receipts were emailed to me) sent additional labor in writing, nothing went over what he said to expect budget wise. - Truth be told- Sheki made a lot of promises before the project -and kept every single one. - Would hire again 100%."
