"Heritage Window and Door are excellent to work with. From initial contact, to quote, measurements, scheduling and installation! Most important, the installers, Andy and Chris provide a level of service which EXCEEDED our expectations. Their attention to detail was incredible! They left our house as perfect as they found it. On top of all that, they obviously enjoy their job, they are personable and fun to have around. When we replace the doors we will definitely go with Heritage Window and Door, Renewal by Anderson and hopefully, Andy and Chris!"

"We had Alec Atkins from Empire Home Remodeling come to give a quote on replacing our windows. He was very professional, and did not hard sell us into buying something we did not want. Very nice and personable. I would recommend him anyone looking to replace windows."

"They really go after you for the sale but after the sale is made they really fall apart. I got an email that my windows were ordered over a week after I ordered them, and an email 5 or 5 weeks later saying they came in. It took them another month to install them. Nearly all the quotes I got were the same but Empire used ?sign now? tactics to get my sale. If I could go back I would not have signed for the small discount and I would have gone with another company offering the same price with no pressure. My windows are fine and the subcontractors that they sent to install them were friendly."

"Took care of everything and took care of my uncle who is 88. He is a good man!"

"From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was Great. Justin, our sales rep, spent time explaining their products and process, he was honest with cost and even suggested a more cost effective window. Carl was our installer, he was prompt and professional, explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had while he was there. When complete, you couldnâ t tell that any work had been done, that is how clean my living room looked, and my new picture window looked amazing! My husband and I will definitely be hiring Exterior Pros for more projects we have within our home."

"Hired to replace 2 window screens on the second story of our home. Val found another one that needed replacing, and he did that one too, for no additional charge. He also fixed our kitchen light so that it stopped blinking when we first turned it on. Friendly, courteous, punctual and professional. Will be hiring again."

"Jack installed my new mailbox exactly as required, per USPS ! Very professionally done!! He's prompt & has a genuine personality. My next projects, I will be scheduling him for his expertise. Thanks again!!💯"

"High quality work at a very fair price. Jarrett and Ashton are a father/ son team where you don't have to watch over their shoulder. You get the best quality with no hassles or concerns. We totally trust them and we would recommend them to anybody. We have recommended them to friends and family who have had the same experience"

"What can I say except “Simply Fabulous & Amazing AA++”. Ridge Top Exteriors is truly an exceptional and outstanding company whose sole focus is the customers experience and ultimate satisfaction for their home needs. I am truly amazed and blessed to have found this company thru Angi’s follow up with me to see how my project was coming along. Angi quickly shared Ridge Top Exteriors information with me and sent my information to Ridge Top Exteriors. “Literally” in less than two minutes of this action, (yes, I was still on the call with Angi), the office staff of Ridge Top Exteriors in Gurnee was calling me to setup an appointment for a free estimate. The entire experience from start to finish (from the immediate phone call, estimate to confirm what was going on with my roof triggering an email from the General Manager thanking me for giving the team the opportunity to assist me and assured if I needed anything to please reach out. The entire crew did a such amazing job"
